QC Inspector - Malaysian ONLY
We are seeking a QC Inspector with well‑established experience in precision machining, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Perform visual inspection, dimensional verification, and Brinell hardness testing of machined parts.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T accurately.
- Identify and document defects, and initiate non‑conformance reports when parts do not meet requirements.
- Provide immediate feedback to supervisors if abnormalities or system non‑compliance are found, ensuring corrective action is taken promptly.
- Work with production teams to implement corrective actions and continuously monitor processes to ensure final products meet required standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and complete inspection reports.
- Assist with the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
- Perform tests and measurements using micrometers, gauges, and other testing equipment as required.
- Communicate all pertinent quality issues to relevant supervisors and managers, and collaborate with other departments to resolve quality concerns.
- Promote and champion a “Get It Right First Time” approach within the organization.
- Ensure QMS controls and procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Ensure safe working conditions and practices within your area of responsibility, including manual handling, PPE usage, safe operation of machinery, and proper stacking and storage.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping on a “clean as you go” basis.
- Work closely with engineers to review workflows, improve processes, and enhance efficiency in line with company objectives.
- Proactively suggest improvements to current processes.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties required by management from time to time.
- Ensure that all quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed during every production phase.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or diploma or equivalent, at least 4 years recent relevant experience working within a similar role, within a Quality Department.
- Candidates with experience in a quality control or inspection role, in the manufacturing, production, or quality assurance.
- Good understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as API Spec Q1, ISO 9001, etc.
- Knowledge of various inspection techniques and equipment such as visual inspection, dimensional inspection, and functional testing.
- Must have a keen eye for detail, as will be responsible for identifying defects and ensuring that products meet quality standards and no colour blind.
- Computer literacy, should be proficient in using computer programs and data entry for inspection reporting and data management
- Physical ability, inspection role may require standing for long hours, lifting heavy objects, climbing, and working in uncomfortable positions.
AI & Automation Intern

- Application Development (Frontend & Backend)
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern technologies like React.js, Node.js, and Python.
- Continue developing and improving our current internal applications (frontend & backend), focusing on stability, usability, and maintainability.
- Enhance existing user interfaces based on user feedback, ensuring responsive design and improved user experience.

- Automation & Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

- Assist in developing AI-powered tools and applications using platforms like the OpenAI API, LangChain, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance decision-making and operational workflows.
- Explore and recommend Microsoft ecosystem tools that can uplift productivity (e.g., Power Platform, Copilot for Microsoft 365, SharePoint/Teams automation, and where relevant Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft solutions), including quick proofs of concept and adoption guides.
- Work closely to identify impactful, budget-conscious AI use cases that drive measurable improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- A portfolio (e.g., GitHub, personal website) showcasing relevant projects in automation, AI, or full-stack development is encouraged.
- Familiarity with web application development (frontend and backend) and integrating APIs/services into existing systems.
- Interest and/or exposure to workflow automation and RPA (e.g., Power Automate, scripting, or similar tools).
- Enjoy experimenting with new technologies.
- Good understanding of AI/LLM concepts; exposure to AI APIs, agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain/Copilot Studio), or prompt engineering is a strong advantage.

Junior Machinist - Malaysian ONLY
We are currently looking for a Junior Machinist with basic machining skills and a strong willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust and operate a variety of machines and tools, including computerized numeric control lathes and mills.
- Operate machines to meet production targets and ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Ensure that all measuring equipment is calibrated and report any damage to equipment before use.
- Facilitate a smooth handover between day and night shifts as necessary.
- Maintain an organized work environment by keeping work areas, benches and machinery tidy and clean before, during and after use.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements
- Minimum 0 – 1 year working experience
- Possesses proficient shop math skills, including accuracy with decimals and fractions.
- Knowledge of G-code is an added advantage.
- Proficient in operating industrial machines.
- Able to work safely and possesses knowledge of Health and Safety Requirements
CNC Machinist - Malaysian ONLY
We are currently looking for CNC Machinist with a strong background in CNC.
Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust and operate a variety of machines and tools, including computerized numeric control lathes and mills.
- Operate CNC Turning/Milling machines to meet production targets and ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Ensure that all measuring equipment is calibrated and report any damage to equipment before use.
- Facilitate a smooth handover between day and night shifts as necessary.
- Maintain an organized work environment by keeping work areas, benches and machinery tidy and clean before, during and after use.
- Verify quality of finished workpieces by inspecting, comparing to templates, measuring dimensions, and marking any defects for possible rework.
- Observes all safety procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, and uses equipment and materials properly.
Requirements
- Malaysian ONLY
- Skilled/time-served CNC machinist.
- Possesses proficient shop math skills, including accuracy with decimals and fractions.
- Knowledge of G-code is considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in using instruments such as calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and scales.
- Intermediate knowledge of reading drawings and specifications, with an understanding of geometric tolerance and dimensions.
- Proficient in operating CNC Mill or Lathe.
