CNC Machinist
We are currently looking for CNC Machinist with a strong background in CNC.
Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust and operate a variety of machines and tools, including computerized numeric control lathes and mills.
- Operate CNC Turning/Milling machines to meet production targets and ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Ensure that all measuring equipment is calibrated and report any damage to equipment before use.
- Facilitate a smooth handover between day and night shifts as necessary.
- Maintain an organized work environment by keeping work areas, benches and machinery tidy and clean before, during and after use.
- Verify quality of finished workpieces by inspecting, comparing to templates, measuring dimensions, and marking any defects for possible rework.
- Observes all safety procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, and uses equipment and materials properly.
Requirements
- Skilled/time-served CNC machinist.
- Possesses proficient shop math skills, including accuracy with decimals and fractions.
- Knowledge of G-code is considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in using instruments such as calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and scales.
- Intermediate knowledge of reading drawings and specifications, with an understanding of geometric tolerance and dimensions.
- Proficient in operating CNC Mill or Lathe.
- Able to work safely and possesses knowledge of Health and Safety Requirements
General Worker (Quality Department)
We are currently looking for General Worker to work under Quality Department
Responsibilities
- Responsible for deburring/fitting finished components.
- Performs dimensional checks on jobs when required.
- Ensures all materials are marked correctly.
- Informs QC and QA Engineer of any non-conformances.
- Facilitates handovers between day and night shifts when necessary.
- Maintains and practices good housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment in material storage, preventing damages or loss.
- Assist in part marking for finished components.
- Assists QC if/when required.
- Demonstrates the ability to work any shift as needed to support production.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the manufacturing industry is required.
- Having a valid forklift operator license or certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of reading drawings and specifications, with an understanding of geometric tolerance and dimensions, is a plus.
QC Inspector
We are currently seeking a skilled QC to join our quality team.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications
- Identifying and documenting defects
- Working with production teams to implement corrective actions
- Maintaining accurate records of inspection results
- Assisting with the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies
- May also be responsible for performing tests and measurements, using equipment such as micrometers, gauges and testing equipment, etc.
- Communicating with other departments to resolve quality issues
- Continuously monitoring production processes to ensure that they are functioning correctly and that the final product meets the required quality standards
- Promote and champion a Get It Right First Time approach within the organization.
- Communicate all pertinent quality issues to the relevant Supervisors/Managers.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
- Ensure QMS controls and procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Capable of interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T
- Perform visual inspection, dimensional verification, and Brinell hardness testing of machined parts.
- Able to complete inspection reports and if required, initiate non-conformance reports on parts that do not meet requirements.
- Immediate feedback to supervisor if found any abnormality or system non-compliance for immediate action taken.
- Ensuring safe working conditions and practices within your area of responsibility (e.g. manual handling, use of PPE, safe use of machinery and equipment, stacking & storage, etc.).
- Ensure that a high standard of general housekeeping is maintained in a ‘clean as you go basis’.
- Work closely with the Engineers to review and make practicable improvements to workflow, work processes and efficiencies within own area in line with company and departmental objectives.
- Proactively suggesting improvements to current processes
- Ensure that all of the quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed during every production phase.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM and above.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Automotive / Aerospace.
Accountant
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Accountant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Prepares cashflow, balance sheet, profit & loss statement inventory, bank reconciliations and other reports.
- Prepare accounting entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Prepares vendors payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Prepares customers invoices by verifying documentation, and follow up on receipts.
- Provides ad hoc financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounting information and trends.
- Review documents provided to substantiates financial transactions.
- Ensure proper documentations for financial transactions entered into systems.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Handle audit and tax matters.
- Participates in systems implementation and enhancement works.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and analysis.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and analysis.
