Supply Chain Analyst

We are currently looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to manage LMW reporting, procurement, and logistics while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) reports, and liaise with customs officials.
  • Ensure full compliance with all LMW regulations and requirements.
  • Conduct procurement and sourcing activities for all inquiries.
  • Manage inventory of materials and consumables to support the production planning process.
  • Coordinate effectively with local logistics suppliers for consigned materials and local shipments.
  • Collaborate with shipping lanes for inbound and outbound freight management.
  • Process purchase orders by liaising with suppliers or principals.
  • Ensure all purchases are approved in accordance with mandated guidelines.
  • Adhere to the company’s QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) policy.
  • Assist with various supply chain tasks.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Must possess at least a degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and assert demands with vendors or suppliers.
  • Extensive knowledge of the LMW process is essential.
  • Strong command of English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient understanding of Incoterms.
  • Company-oriented, with a friendly and outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Hardworking, resourceful, and a self-starter.
  • Well-versed in procurement and purchasing procedures.
  • Willingness to travel for work-related assignments as required.

Internship

Join our team as an intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

We are currently seeking interns with the following backgrounds :

  • Engineering : Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing (Tool and Die),

Requirement :

  • Internship period should be more than 5 months. 
  • Able to work 5 days per week (Morning Shift).
  • No experience required.

Internship Allowances :

  • Up to RM1500

CNC Machinist

We are currently looking for CNC Machinist with a strong background in CNC.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, adjust and operate a variety of machines and tools, including computerized numeric control lathes and mills.
  • Operate CNC Turning/Milling machines to meet production targets and ensure quality standards are achieved.
  • Ensure that all measuring equipment is calibrated and report any damage to equipment before use.
  • Facilitate a smooth handover between day and night shifts as necessary.
  • Maintain an organized work environment by keeping work areas, benches and machinery tidy and clean before, during and after use.
  • Verify quality of finished workpieces by inspecting, comparing to templates, measuring dimensions, and marking any defects for possible rework.
  • Observes all safety procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, and uses equipment and materials properly.

Requirements

  • Skilled/time-served CNC machinist.
  • Possesses proficient shop math skills, including accuracy with decimals and fractions.
  • Knowledge of G-code is considered an added advantage.
  • Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in using instruments such as calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and scales.
  • Intermediate knowledge of reading drawings and specifications, with an understanding of geometric tolerance and dimensions.
  • Proficient in operating CNC Mill or Lathe.
  • Able to work safely and possesses knowledge of Health and Safety Requirements
