With our vast range of Lathes we are able to provide hi complexity threading on both the OD and the ID of our products.
Blanking
CNC Turning – With our state of the art high precision machines from Japan and Korea we are able to produce components with high complexity and extremely tight tolerances. At the bottom end of our size range we can produce components as little as 1/2″ in Diameter and at the top end we can turn maximum OD of 23″ and up to 383″ Long. There are very few machines shops globally, that can produce long components like Meiban Energy can, up to 10 meters in length.
Turn Mill
Our Mazak E-Tower 5 Axis Turn Mill allows us to handle very complex processes and this extra functionality on our long products ensure we are the best in class for long Oil & Gas products
